Dataset Features
We provide unprecedented information to medical and technological industries working to help end diabetes-related blindness.
AccuRetina is a dataset consisting of about 117,000 diabetic patients and 3.2 million retinal images captured between 1999 and 2016 by Inoveon Corporation, a diabetic retinopathy evaluation company.
The anonymized and searchable dataset consists of 7-field stereo retinal images captured in a clinical setting, structured patient demographic data including patient progression data, structured reading data using the Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy (ETDRS) reference standard protocol, and structured analysis data including ETDRS level. The dataset has quality assurance features including sampled (10%) intra and inter-reader overreads with supervision of a retinal specialist.
